WELCOME TO THE LAW OFFICE OF FRED LOWARY This is the website of the Law Office of the late Fred Lowary Fred Lowary was admitted to the State Bar of California on November 29, 1978. For over 40 years prior to his retirement at the end of 2017, Fred practiced almostexclusively in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration.  Fred based his practice throughout his career in the city               of Anaheim, first at 76 S. Claudina Street, and later at 101 E. Lincoln Avenue. When he retired, he entrusted his client files to his friend and fellow estate planning attorney, Patrick McNally.  Patrick continued to assist Fred’s clients from the E. Lincoln office until the end of 2018, when he moved out of that office to a new location at 10231 S.
